Library Leader’s Review

This was not new for me to be a library leader.  All ready I had an experience as a librarian for 6 months. In this department, being a librarian, I felt all types of experience. Sometimes it was good experience and sometimes it was bitter experience. Through bad experience I could learn how to manage the library. Mostly colleagues tried to support in organizing the books in a good manners but some did not.  And here I faced some difficulties to handle those who were not co operating with me. But I was succeeding to handle them in all ways. And this is my big achievement during the journey as a librarian. I would like to thank Dr.Dilip Barad sir for giving me a chance to lead the library and also thanks to Heenaba Zala and Vaidehi Maam to support me.  I am also thankful to other library leaders Vishva Gajjar and Minkal Italia for supporting me in this great journey.
